SUNNY takes in a homeless man named DHAR and his partner, DULSIE, in exchange for supernatural protection. Sunny's sons, WILLIE and FRED have their doubts about the newcomers, so they encourage their father to kick them out. Soon, all three of them are brutally murdered under mysterious circumstances. LUCKY, Willie's wife, is the lone survivor. Lucky fears for her life and reaches out to her old college friend, HADIYA, for help. Hadiya, her husband BRAD, and their children, DON and AMBER, travel to Sunny's mansion to support Lucky. The guests become haunted by eerie occurrences and nightmares. It starts to become tricky to distinguish between what is real and what is a hallucination. The standoff escalates from psychological to physical when the nightmares bleed into real life.
